Lavelle Law Adds Two New Attorneys

Lavelle Law, Ltd., one of the largest law firms in the Chicago suburbs has announced the hiring of two new attorneys, the 18th and 19th in the Palatine practice. Joining the firm as associates are Heidi A. Schuster and Courtney L. Kleshinski.

After completing her B.A. at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, Schuster earned her M.B.A. there before moving on to the University of Iowa College of Law in Iowa City. Schuster will focus her work on matters of Business and Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, as well as issues involving Family Law. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.

“I’m very pleased to have this opportunity to join Lavelle Law,” said Schuster. “I am impressed with the collective knowledge of the partners and associates here and see great value in the way each of the various practice groups work together to provide comprehensive and detailed service to our clients.”

Courtney Kleshinski previously clerked at Lavelle Law and has a background as a paralegal. A graduate of George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Kleshinski received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Business formations, corporate maintenance, corporate dissolutions, commercial and residential real estate, and health law will be among the practice areas to which Kleshinski will devote her time.

“I am particularly interested in working with clients to not only address their current needs but to create a structure that helps prevent issues in the future,” Kleshinski said. “The resources at Lavelle Law will allow me to serve my clients in the way that I feel they should be at every opportunity.”

Our growth has always been measured and thoughtful and I believe that these additions strengthen our position as leaders in providing legal services to businesses and individuals.”
