The Nissan Altima is the car Palatine residents shop for the most, according to a study by CarsDirect.com, a car buying and research service based in Los Angeles.

CarsDirect.com used proprietary data to see which vehicles were the most sought after in Palatine for the fourth quarter of 2013.
