Palatine Ribbon Cutting Held for Fitness Together

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held recently for Fitness Together (FT) at its new location, 1112 W. Norhtwest Highway. The fitness studio prides itself on providing the right strength, cardio and nutrition approaches all working together.
Owner Steve Gagliardo offers one-on-one and small group personal training, and combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and nutritional guidance for a complete fitness solution.
"Whether it's taking part in our small group training called Pack, one-on-one, or combining both, FT has the safe and effective solution for all fitness levels to feel, look and perform better than you ever thought possible," Gagliardo said.
