The ballet barre workout has exploded in popularity since its inception in 2001. Focusing on the areas of the body women struggle with the most, Pure Barre lifts the seat, tones the thighs and upper body, and creates the long and lean muscles of a dancer through small isometric movements centered around a ballet barre. Since it began franchising in 2009, more than 186 Pure Barre studios have opened nationwide, according to a press release.

Pure Barre Kildeer is currently offering a new client special for 30 days of unlimited classes for $99.
