Mariano's Fresh Market: Hiring 450, Opening In Early 2012
Mariano's Fresh Market now under construction on Hicks Road, just north of Northwest Highway will open no later than February 2012.
The Mariano's Fresh Market now under construction on Hicks Road north of Northwest Highway announced plans to fill 450 positions.
A Mariano's representative said the store at 545 N. Hicks Rd., will open no later than February 2012. It is adjacent and south of the construction site of Palatine's new police station.
Mariano's released a breakdown of the positions it is looking to fill 16 manager positions which are salaried as well as traditional full and part-time hourly positions.

The first Mariano's was opened in in the Chicago-area in 2010 in Arlington Heights at 802 E. Northwest Highway. There now is a store in Vernon Hills at 1720 N. Milwaukee Avenue and there are two stores in Chicago.
