“We plan to use only the highest quality ingredients in all of our dishes; fresh baked breads and flavorful sauces like pesto and habanero aiolis are just a few examples of what we will offer,” said Dario Dominguez, who has worked in the hospitality business as a chef for the last 20 years.

The 1,000 square foot location has been remodeled and redesigned in warm red, green and gold hues, and will seat 22 people inside, and 20 outside on the patio.

The Dominguez’s goal is to provide a classy and comfortable place for people to enjoy lunch and dinner.

“We want to make it a place where people can stop by and enjoy their experience, along with the atmosphere,” said Andrea Dominguez.

The restaurant will be open at 11 a.m. daily, and stay open, as Dario promises, “When the last customer decides to leave.”
