State Senator Duffy to Speak at Republican August Meeting

PTRO features State Senator Dan Duffy at their August 4th regular monthly meeting.

The Palatine Township Republican Organization (PTRO), the official Republican organization of Palatine Township, will feature State Senator Dan Duffy at their regular monthly meeting which is free and open to the public on Saturday, August 4th starting at 9:00 AM with the doors opening at 8:30 AM at the PTRO office at 839 N. Quentin Road in Palatine.

“Our meeting will feature State Senator Dan Duffy,” said Aaron Del Mar, Palatine Township Republican Committeeman.  “Senator Duffy will be giving his ‘Springfield 101’ talk about behind the scenes politics in Illinois.  He will describe what it takes to move a bill through the General Assembly and what really happens behind the scenes.  It’s going to be a very eye-opening and informative meeting.”

Founded in 2010 by newly elected Palatine Township Republican Committeeman Aaron Del Mar, PTRO coordinates the Republican Party’s efforts in the township.  Led by Del Mar and President Collin Corbett, PTRO promotes the foundational principles of the Republican Party, namely fiscal responsibility, personal accountability and limited, transparent government, and works to elect Republican candidates who espouse those principles.
