World Renown Guitarist to Perform April 10 at Harper College

The Harper College Cultural Arts Committee will host world renown guitarist Petar Jankovic and his ensemble to the Performing Arts Center on Tuesday, April 10 at 7:30 p.m. Jankovic has delighted audiences at recitals throughout both Europe and the United States. The Petar Jankovic Ensemble performs Spanish and Latin American classical music programs, playing original arrangements by some of the icons of this repertoire include Albeniz's Leyenda (Asturias), De Falla's La Vida Breve, and Piazzolla’s tangos. The group’s expressive renditions are consistently well-received across a wide spectrum of audiences - from traditional chamber music lovers to guitar enthusiasts.

Tickets for the Petar Jankovic Ensemble are $10 for the general public, $7 for seniors and $5 for Harper students. For more information call the Harper College box office at 847.925.6100.
