The Rotary Club of Palatine is hosting Oktoberfest 2011 at the intersection of Brockway and Slade Roads in downtown Palatine. German foods and drinks will be available. You won't want to miss the keg rolling ceremony at 5:30 p.m., the authentic German music or the family activities. Admission is free and proceeds will benefit local charities.
Hours for Oktoberfest are Friday, September 16 from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Saturday, September 17 from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday, September 18 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
