Palatine Historical Society Cemetery Walk

On Wednesday, May 20, the community is invited to learn about the people who lived and died in Palatine.  The annual Cemetery Walk will be held from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Hillside Cemetery, on Smith Road just north of Colfax Street. The walk will include costumed actors revealing the life stories of select former residents, with a focus this year on those who served in the Civil War.  At 2:30pm, a special presentation will be held. The event is $5 for adults, $4 for members, and $2 for children under 16, payable at the event. Proceeds from this event will be used for maintenance of Palatine Township cemeteries.

This event will take place at Hillside Cemetery, located on Smith Road just north of Colfax.
