CVS Pharmacy, Palatine will be offering flu shots to the Palatine community and customers and vendors of Wolff's Flea Market. Approximate $29.99 fee. (Receipts can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement, depening upon your coverage). 14 & up.

Sign up in advance at the market or by calling 847-524-9590 and receive $5 in Wolff Howler Bucks good for use at Wolff's Flea Market Palatine.
