Whiz Kid: Kayla Colby

Accomplishment: Kayla Colby of Inverness won a silver medal with a 9.525 on the uneven bars at the USAG level 7 state gymnastics meet in Bloomington on April 10. She also placed fifth on the floor exerciss (9.625), seventh on beam (9.425) and fifth in the all around competition with a 37.9

Key to Awesomeness: Kayla helped her team, Balance Institute of Gymnastics of Burr Ridge, win the state championship with a team total of 192.875.
