Snow Today, Gone Tomorrow

Palatine resident awoke to a slight snowfall that won't last. We have the week's weather outlook.

No one likes to have to clear snow off their car in April. The white stuff is supposed to be long gone by now, but Monday morning it made a spring cameo appearance.

The snow won't last, but the rest of the week hardly looks pleasant.

The National Weather Service is predicting that temperatures won't hit 50 degrees again until Friday. The out look for the next several days is soggy and chilly.

On Tuesday, the National Weather Service predicts rain and a possible thunderstorm with a high of about 40. Things are not much better Wednesday when there is a 30 percent chance of rain with a high near 45 and a low Wednesday night of about 28.
