Ice Skating Open at Community Park!
Bored on winter break? Go ice skating or play ice hockey at Community Park in Palatine. There's also sledding at Riemer Reservoir.
Unsupervised ice skating is available at Community Park, 250 E. Wood St., in Palatine. The park offers two rinks, one for open public skating and one for hockey.
Rinks will be open daily with lights until 10 p.m. A green flag will be posted when skating conditions are good. A red flag will be posted when rinks are closed.
