An Arlington Heights teen advanced Tuesday in the Teen Jeopardy Tournament and will make her next appearance on Tuesday, July 29, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Selena Groh wagered $6,000 in the Final Jeopardy category on the 1889 World's Fair in Paris and answered the question correctly to pull ahead of the first place contestant and earn the chance to move onto the semifinal round of the tournament, according to the Daily Herald.
The Buffalo Grove High School senior could end up with $75,000 if she wins the grand prize in the Teen Tournament, the Daily Herald reports.
You can watch for Groh on the Tuesday, July 29 episode of Jeopardy, which will air at 2:30 p.m. WLS-ABC Channel 7, according to the Daily Herald.
