District 211 Planning to Raise Your Taxes AGAIN Despite Mountain of Cash
Despite District 211 already hoarding our hard-earned dollars, they are again planning to raise the property tax levy.
We've analyzed their financials and can find no justifiable reason for them to do so. As of now, they have $90 MILLION MORE than they say they need per their own policy.
Recent levy increases have been about $3 million each year. Do the math!
ACTION STEPS:
- SPREAD THE WORD to everyone you know in District 211 boundaries.
- ATTEND the BOE meeting in person.
THIS THURSDAY, November 14, 2013 at 7:30 pm
Dist. 211 Admin Center, 1750 Roselle Rd, across from Harper
(use doors on the south side of the building)
Bring a sign (e.g. KEEP THE LEVY FLAT) and/or address the Board.
- CALL the D-211 open line at 1-847-755-6600. Leave a message for the entire Board of Education: KEEP THE LEVY FLAT
- EMAIL the Board - email addresses are on the web site: District 211 Board Members
