Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Center is hosting our annual Yoga Day festivities of free yoga classes, introduction to meditation and "mini" chiropractic treatments
plus door prizes, and food! Visit with us and enjoy the day!

11:45am-12:45pm Himalayan Yoga
1:00pm-1:30pm Introduction to Meditation
1:45pm-2:45pm Himalayan Yoga
3:00pm-3:30pm Introduction to Meditation
Please arrive early for scheduled activities. Yoga mats and equipment provided.
