Bring your kids ages 5-12 to Rose Park, 530 S. Williams Ave, Palatine, IL 60074 on Fridays ( 10/12, 11/16, 12/21, 1/11, 2/8) from 6:30-10pm. The theme changes monthly and kids will get to do activities, play games, make crafts, eat a snack and watch a movie. Cost is $14 for the first child and $10 for each additional child. Registration forms can be found on www.saltcreekpd.com.

The administrative offices for the Salt Creek Rural Park District are at this location. Rose Park surrounds the administration building and includes open space, playgrounds and a picnic pavilion. The pavilion can be rented for private events as can the basement of the administration building. The park district also operates a preschool at this location.
