DESCRIPTION:Palatine Park District presents the 4th Thursday Concert Seri
 es\, sponsored this year by TCF Bank. &nbsp\;Concerts will be held on th
 e 4th Thursday of May\, June and July.\nHarper College Jazz Ensemble wil
 l be the featured group on Thursday\, July 26. &nbsp\;Enjoy big band jaz
 z featuring exceptionally talented vocalists and some amazing improvisat
 ion.\nPerformances are held at Towne Square\, located at the corner of P
 alatine Road and Smith Street. &nbsp\;Performances begin at 6:30pm and a
 re approximately one hour long. Bring a lawn chair and a picnic dinner\,
  or grab some takeout from a nearby restaurant. &nbsp\;Please note there
  are no restroom facilities available.\nPerformances will be canceled in
