“Estate Planning and Medical Decision Making” Thursday, February 28, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.– A continuation of our Navigating Legal Issue Surrounding Cancer series, this program covers a variety of estate planning documents, tools, and resources. Discussion includes options for medical decision making, such as advanced health care directives and Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (POLST). The program is facilitated by Monica Fawzy Bryant, Esq., COO, Navigating Cancer Survivorship.
