Hall Amphithea ter\, 262 E. Palatine Road\, Palatine. This special event is a carnival designed just for dogs and their owners. All dogs must be leashed and ac companied by a handler age 16 and over. Dogs must be wearing a current r abies tag to participate. Pre-registration is required and is available online at www.palatineparks.org using program number 6727-2. Registratio n can also be completed by mail or in person at Community Center\, Falco n Park or Birchwood. The fee is $8 per dog with a handler\; the fee incl udes a goody bag for all participants.\nThis year&rsquo\;s event will fe ature new games and activities for dogs\, raffles\, a free photo of you and your pet\, and much more.
