GET YOUR TICKETS TODAY: Kelly Miller Circus to perform this weekend

The Kelly Miller Circus will perform four shows in Rolling Meadows this weekend, and, while tickets are still available, premium ringside seats are selling quickly. If you want to catch all of the excitement of live entertainment under the big tent from the best seats in the house, buy your tickets today.

The District Fifteen Educational Foundation and the Rolling Meadows Park District Foundation are partnering to bring the Kelly Miller Circus to town for four shows at the Community Center Grounds, 3705 Pheasant Drive, Rolling Meadows. Shows will be held Saturday, September 29, at 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., and Sunday, September 30, at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

A limited number of seats are available for each performance, and all four performances are expected to sell out, as the Foundations anticipate entertaining more than 5,000 guests over the two-day event.

There are two ways to buy tickets:

  • Reserve your tickets online at http://kellymillercircus.eventbrite.com. This is the only way to purchase premium ringside seats. Please note, there is a convenience fee of $1.23 charged per ticket ordered. Fast, easy, and secure. The Foundation recommends this option.
  • Download the order form, fill out the ticketing information, and return the form with your payment to the District Fifteen Educational Foundation (instructions are on the form). Payment can be made by check or credit card.

Tickets cost $12 if purchased prior to Friday, September 28, or $17 if seats are still available the day of the show. All ticket sales are final; no refunds can be given. Shows will go on rain or shine.

For more information, contact Donna Kennedy, Foundation coordinator, at 847-963-3160 or kennedyd@ccsd15.net, or visit www.ccsd15.net | About District 15 | District Fifteen Educational Foundation.

Why is the District 15 Education Foundation willing to repeatedly ignore all the evidences involved with traveling circuses and animal cruelty? Is it because of the amount of money raised by this fundraiser? If so your actions reminds me of the silent sanctioning of the “culture of abuse” by the leaders at Penn State and Second Mile Charity who ignored child abuse to maintain their profitable programs. Children and animals are innocent being and no amount of money can justify their abuse for ANY reason.
This exotic circus animal abuse is well documented with scientific evidences. Rep. Janice Schakowsky of IL is cosponsoring H.R. Bill 3359 the Traveling Exotic Animal Protection Act. Based upon the publicly available research and video and photographic evidence, it is clear that traveling circuses cannot provide the proper living conditions for these exotic animals. http://federalcircusbill.org/index.php Trans-species research
