On Tuesday, February 12, Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth (IL-8) spoke at a Fulbright Board Meeting on increasing access to international education for people with disabilities at Gallaudet University. Duckworth focused her remarks on the importance of international education and America’s role as global leader in standing up for disability rights.
