Visitation for Steven Richard Madison, 16, of Palatine formerly of Marengo, will be held Friday, November 11, 2011, from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 8 p.m. at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway., Palatine, IL 60067. Interment will be private.

Steven was born December 6, 1994, in Harvard, Ill., and passed away  November 8, 2011 at home in Palatine.

Steven enjoyed poetry and bowling.

Survivors include his mother, Cindy L. Madison (nee Daczewitz); sister, Annette (Krishna) Yalamanchili; nephew, Satya Yalamanchili; and maternal grandmother, Annette Daczewitz.

Steven was preceded in death by his father, Jack Richard Madison, and his maternal grandfather, Hubert J. Daczewitz.
