Santa Claus and his Reindeer Kick-Off Christmas Season at Knupper’s
Kids were able to take pictures with Old St. Nick and the Sugar Plum Fairy, along with seeing live reindeer at the annual Holly Days event.
Children got the chance to take pictures with Santa Claus at the annual ‘Holly Days’ Christmas season kick-off event at Knupper’s Nursery and Landscape, 1801 N. Rand Road Saturday.
In addition to Old St. Nick on his sleigh, live reindeer also paid a visit to the nursery along with the Sugar Plum Fairy and other Nutcracker ballet cast members from the Berkshire Ballet Theatre in Crystal Lake.
To celebrate the holiday season, Knupper’s is offering 30-percent off pre-lit Christmas trees and garland, along with custom services to create wreaths and porch pots to match any decor.
Santa Claus will stop by again to take pictures with pets Sunday Nov. 20 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
Additional opportunities for children to pose for pictures with Santa also will be on December 4 and December 10 at the nursery.
