Palatine Township Democratic Organization will host a Candidates Forum for 6^th and 8^th District Congressional Candidates.

All other candidates are welcome to attend the networking times set aside for voters to meet Democratic candidates.

The forum will be Jan. 21, 2012 at the Palatine Public Library, 700 West North Court. The library is handicap accessible and has underground parking available.

The forum will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and will be moderated by Hal Snyder MD.

Invited guests from the 6^th Congressional District include Leslie Cooledge, Geoffrey Petzel, Tim Ritter and Maureen Yates. The 8^th   Congressional District candidates include Tammy Duckworth and Raja Krishnamoorthi.

The newly drawn 6th Congressional District includes portions of Palatine, Lake Zurich, Cary, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Lake in the Hills and Barrington. The newly drawn 8th Congressional District includes portions of Palatine and Buffalo Grove.
