Francis A. "Frank" Leonora, 75, of Palatine, formerly of Chicago, was born May 14, 1937, he passed away February 9. Beloved father of Scott Leonora, Lisa (Todd) Milkovich, John Leonora and Laura Leonora. Proud grandfather of Faith and Téa Leonora, Morgan and Michelle Milkovich, Matthew Leonora, Alexandra and Zachary Zuurdeeg. Loving brother of Giannina (Jerry) Costello.

Frank was an old school family man that truly had a passion for the good old days. A career man (Engineer), baseball coach, who also enjoyed cooking, music, photography and had a wicked sense of humor. A truly hard working man who didn't believe in short cuts. Frank, a proud father and grandfather, had a strong faith and is now with the Lord.

Funeral Information

Visitation Friday, February 15, from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Funeral Saturday, February 16, 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Thomas of Villanova Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
