Christine Pixius-Mahoney, 85, of Inverness. Beloved wife of the late James Pixius and the late John Mahoney; loving mother of Susan (Thomas Tillett) Heinz Tillett, James M. Pixius, Michael J. Pixius and Martin J. Pixius; cherished grandmother of Kevin Heinz, Justin, Jessica and Cody Pixius; dear sister of Renee Jones and the late Marie Mellenthin; fond aunt of 8 nieces and nephews.

Visitation Sunday, February 17, 2013, 3-8 PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy. Funeral Monday, February 18, 2013, 9:30 AM from Smith-Corcoran to St. Theresa Church, 455 N. Benton Street, Palatine for Mass at 10 AM. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
