Why Go?: Lunch for kids ages 4 - 10 with the Easter Bunny, hosted by the Salt Creek Park District. Decorate eggs and make a fun craft too. Children must be accompanied by their parents.

Where / When: Buehler Y,1400 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine; 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m., Friday, April 22.
Why Go?: Bring the whole family to the Y and go for a swim, check out the playmaze, play some basketball and try out the climbing wall.

Why Go?: Toddlers ages 1 - 2 and their parents and/or caregivers are invited to storytime at the library.
Where / When: The Arboretum Golf Club Banquets and Events, 401 W. Half Day Rd., Buffalo Grove; 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., Sunday, April 24.
Why Go?: Carving station with roast beef and glazed ham, omelet station, french toast, eggs benedict, salads, seafood, chicken and pasta. Decadent cakes and pies. Colored Easter eggs too. One complimentary glass of champagne for adults.
