Gators Wing Shack Wins Chowdown Showdown Best Wings
After many votes, Gators Wing Shack won our best wings in Palatine Chowdown Showdown contest.
The vote is in for this week's Chowdown Showdown champion. Readers from Palatine Patch have spoken and picked their favorite place in town for chicken wings.
With 56 percent of the 114 votes cast, Gators Wing Shack, 1719 N. Rand Road, was this week's champion with 64 votes received. Congrats to Gators!
Coming in second place was Vini's Pizza, 743 W. Palatine Road, which finished with 22 votes.
Emmett's, 110 N. Brockway Street, finished third with 15 votes and Pops Bar & Grill, 19 N Bothwell Street, received 13 votes.
All four establishments were nominated by Patch readers last week.

Good Job Gator's, I do love your hot garlic Wings. I would visit you alot more often if you weren't so darn expensive. Right now we might come twice a year, only woith the 20% coupons. 10.00 for 10 wings is a ripoff any way you look at it, then to charge me more for dressing and celery.. Really?
