Why is everyone so scared to identify the race or ethnicity of a person? The description given is almost useless without one of the more readily apparent identifying features of a person.

From what I have heard that is all the police have released and it is pretty evident by the description that she should stand out especially in this weather.

In order to issue an Amber Alert, a confirmed abduction must have taken place. However, runaways are vulnerable to exploitation, so even without an Amber Alert, this should be taken seriously.

It`s a horrible thing for anybody to be kidnapped. Especially if it`s a child that has been kidnapped.
